CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be provided, and a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Cancellation and Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and an automatic charge of 50% of the total service cost. Frequent Cancellations or Rescheduling: Clients who cancel or reschedule two or more times will no longer be able to use our online booking system for future appointments. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel on the same day, the full service cost will be charged.
